Why we dream? A theory behind the spiritual phenomenon.

A dream is a phenomenon where a human being takes a trip to an alternate reality. In some cases, a question is raised as to why we see dreams when we sleep. Honestly, Dream is a reflection of our daily life waking days. Which reflects what you have seen. Something deep or something so strong that starts appearing in your dreams. Let's dive into my theory.

How Dreams Appear?

Dreams happen to show what you believe to be true or something that has caught your attention. For example, when a person sees something that interests him like an object or an activity, it constantly appears in his dreams while sleeping. You know, like if a person sees a beautiful woman then it does not get out of his mind and she appears in his dreams. If someone has thoughts about this would have been mind, he sees it in his dreams but none of that is real when he wakes up. Waking day aside, dreaming also involves a person's thoughts becoming real in the spiritual world. Dreaming does seem fun, but it also has a dark side.

What kind of Dreams we see?

From a psychological perspective, dreams are a manifestation of daily life activities, thoughts, and imaginations which lead to an alternate event in a spiritual world during our sleep. Sometimes, people often see something darker. Some often see nightmares or terrorizing creatures haunting them. Causing them to believe that they might exist. Those who have an interest in horror movies or stories might be the subject of nightmarish hallucinations that wakes you up in the middle of the night. Children end up seeing nightmarish creatures in their dreams. They believe they are real and their parents comfort them by telling them none of this is real.

Take me for example, I have seen bad dreams that reflected my personal life. I once dreamed about giant insects crawling all over me. I woke up screaming in fright. In another dream, I saw myself being brutally punished by my parents for not getting good grades. All I want to say this, dreams sometimes reflect the bad memories that we have endured or saw something scary that does not exist. It's true, people often suffer from past or emotional trauma so deep, that those events appear in your dreams every day.

Dreams creating delusions

Sometimes, people's imagination crosses to the point that they believe it exists. In another mind, it doesn't. They end up developing delusions in their minds that prevent them from tackling reality. Nightmarish or even repetitive dreams end up putting people in a reality that does not match the current. They get stuck in the dreams as if that's the reality they are living in. As I said earlier, dreams are just a reflection of our imaginations. They are not real in any sense.

Recommendation:

Although this is the theory I can tell about why we dream when we are sleeping. There are a lot of theories besides mine that may have similarities. If anyone has a dream that might reflect your views or a disturbing event of your past, try your best to realize that those dreams are not the reality you are living in. If not, ask a friend or a doctor that can help you get out of your delusions and focus on reality. I am sure you can get to it because you can. Most of all, dreams do not always lead to a real outcome.

Does Freedom Really Benefit Us?

Freedom means you are allowed to do anything without any restriction. But is it really true? Give me a break. I mean if it really means free than why it also has a bad effect? That is another theory that tangles me in a web of thoughts. In the last one, I said that the freedom is a word that literally gives us the right to anything, but does that mean the bad things or acts are also allowed? Let me guess, is it right to kick out someone from the job Or is it right to shut down the sim of a particular phone.? If we are free to do anything, then why are you taking somebody's free will or livelihood away from them? It just makes me feel that the word makes you the boss of everything. You have the power to banish anyone from an organization or bury communications with a snap of your finger because you are free to do so. Are you really out of your mind or the word itself have corrupted you? Speaking of word corrupt, this brings us to the government. Why is it not solving our problems? W...

Did The Cable Guy Just Foreshadow The Future 25 years Ago?

It has been almost 25 years since Jim Carrey's 'The Cable Guy' came to theatres. But It seems that The Cable Guy just foretold the future we are living in today. Yes, I watched the movie 25 years after its initial release in 1996(though I was born three years later). There is a scene where Chip Douglas (Jim Carrey) sits with his customer(or presumably friend) on a huge satellite dish. He says this quote which in my mind means the world of social media and technology we are living in today. The Future is now. Soon Every American Home will integrate their television, phone and computer. You'll be able to visit the Louvre on one channel, or watch female wrestling on the other. You can do your shopping at home, or play Mortal Kombat with a friend from Vietnam. There is no end to the possibilities. Jim Carrey in The Cable Guy, 1996 No end to the possibilities indeed. The Cable Guy just described the world of possibilities we are living in. People can shop from home ...
